2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Once the roast has reached the desired temperature, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
